Typical Project Steps

  • We work with you to understand your needs and ideas. This usually takes the form of a short meeting or workshop (30mins) and from here we can advise on the best way proceed. This can be one meeting, or a series, we can work with you and your stakeholders as required.

  • Depending on the type of output you need this can take the form of a dry prototype (screen or wireframe mock-up) or a fully working MVP (minimum viable product).

  • This stage will usually run in parallel alongside Development and test, during Detailing we can work with you to make sure we’re covering off important areas such as IP, business proofing or project future planning plus any small print. Being a part of the University means we have access to vast network of professional expertise on our doorstep and we can call on any specialist help you may need as the project unfolds.

  • This could be a feasibility report, user testing, dry MVP or full stack webapp that’s ready to be used in your research or built on commercially.

  • This includes onboarding, training and critically support (maintenance and updating) for an agreed period.
